Today i had some mushroom in my fridge and was looking for a different mushroom recipe... i usually cook dry mushroom with peas.. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;I Found this cool and really easy recipe .. and the mushrooms were cooked and all ready in just a few minutes ...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;So here i am sharing my pictures and the recipe .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;This one is a mushroom lover's delight! Tossed with garlic and soya sauce, these mushrooms are sure to tickle anyone's taste buds. Loaded with iron and fibre and low in carbohydrates, this hearty and healthy dish makes a full meal, if the mushrooms are tossed with ½ cup of boiled whole wheat noodles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:Verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Cooking Time : 15 mins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Preparation Time :10 mins&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Serves 2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;2 cups mushrooms, cut into halves &amp;amp; Steamed in the cooker for 1 whistle .&lt;br /&gt;4 cloves garlic, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 green chilli, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;2½ tablespoons soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoon cornflour (cornflour is not finely ground but coarsely ground )&lt;br /&gt;1 cup spring onion greens, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;a pinch chilli powder&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon oil&lt;br /&gt;salt to taste&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217421651867516818" style="margin: 0px auto 10px; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Cooking Time : 15 mins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Preparation Time : 10 mins.Serves 4.&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients&lt;br /&gt;12 nos. baby corn, cut into 4 lengthwise&lt;br /&gt;1 1/4 cups paneer, cut into 25 mm. (1") strips&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)&lt;br /&gt;1/8 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon ginger-green chilli paste&lt;br /&gt;3 spring onions whites, sliced&lt;br /&gt;3 spring onions greens, sliced&lt;br /&gt;1/2 green capsicum, sliced&lt;br /&gt;1/2 red capsicum, sliced&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 teaspoon chilli powder&lt;br /&gt;1 large tomato, pureed&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon tomato puree (optional)&lt;br /&gt;2 tablespoons chopped coriander&lt;br /&gt;1 tablespoon oil&lt;br /&gt;salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Method&lt;br /&gt;1.&lt;br /&gt;Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds ans asafoetida.
